Keynote Speaker: Brian Pitcher has been in the real estate industry since 2004, during which time he has sold over 1,000 homes as an agent, flipped more than 200 properties as an investor, and acquired over 120 rental units across Utah and Idaho. In 2022, he expanded into commercial real estate by acquiring three storage unit complexes totaling 750 units in Montgomery, Alabama, and is now developing Land Home Packages in Tennessee—placing manufactured homes on foundations to create affordable housing. Brian gained national recognition during the Great Recession as a top short sale specialist, earning awards and speaking on industry panels, and later joined the prestigious Collective Genius mastermind for top real estate investors. With his wife Brandi, he also co-founded Pitcher Perfect Pro, a business that creates customized branded products for companies, including apparel, laser-engraved tumblers, and NFC tags. After surviving a life-threatening brain tumor in 2013 and undergoing multiple surgeries, Brian now lives with a renewed perspective—choosing to live like he has three years left, but plan like he'll never die. He holds a degree in Spanish from the University of Utah, cheered professionally for the Utah Jazz, and now spends his free time with his wife and two daughters in Draper, Utah—snowboarding, boating, traveling, and cheering on his daughters in dance, gymnastics, and martial arts.
