Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for spot placement and setup so we may start on time.
Doors will open at 6:15 pm for you to enter the space.
Prepare accordingly:
Dress in layers, bring your own:
mats
blankets
pillows
or camping mat/pad/thermarest pad
and extra blankets
Eye mask or eye pillow
You will be lying down for 45 minutes.
We recommend if you chill easy to bring an extra blanket for your own personal comfort
All other personal items will be left in the lobby so please plan accordingly.
All cell phones MUST be turned off completely for the duration of the event. Cell phones may be left in the outer lobby for your convenience, but they are not permitted in the space during the event . Apple watches Fit Bit, and smart watches MUST be turned off and left out in the lobby also.
