Introduction to Reiki with Free Mini Session

I am excited to offer an informational session on Reiki, a gentle, energy-based healing practice, at the Plattsburgh Senior Center for those who are curious or new to the practice. You’ll learn about Reiki’s history, its core principles, potential benefits, and what to expect during a typical session.

As a special bonus, the presentation will include a mini Reiki session so participants can experience this relaxing and restorative technique firsthand.
