🚶♂️ 3rd Annual Walk for Veterans – 50 Miles to Honor the 22 🇺🇸

For the third year in a row, I will be walking 50 miles from Plattsburgh to Lake Placid to bring awareness to the heartbreaking reality that 22 veterans die by suicide every day. This isn’t just a walk—it’s a mission to honor, remember, and bring awareness to the mental health struggles our veterans face.
Why 22 a Day?
🇺🇸 Every single day, 22 veterans take their own lives. That’s over 8,000 heroes lost each year—men and women who served our country and felt they had nowhere to turn. They fought for us, and now it’s our turn to fight for them by raising awareness, starting conversations, and showing support.
How You Can Get Involved:
🚶♂️ Donate a Mile: You don’t have to walk all 50 miles—join me for a mile, five miles, or however much you can. Every step counts.
💰 Make a Donation: As we get closer to the event, I’ll be collecting donations to support veteran mental health initiatives.
📢 Spread the Word: Even if you can’t walk, sharing this event helps raise awareness and show support.
For the past two years, this walk has been a powerful reminder that we stand together for those who have served. Whether you're a veteran, a family member, a friend, or simply someone who cares, your presence matters. Let’s make this third year the biggest yet and show our veterans that they are never alone.
