Carnivore Carnival BBQ , Bands & Clowning around

Carnivore Carnival is not the usual BBQ competition, but a carnival of tastes, sights, aromas and fun! Live fire cooking demonstrations by pitmasters from Argentina, Guatemala, Mexico; Firefighter Griddle Battles; BBQ demos by champion pitmasters from across the USA; and so much more.

In a city known for BBQ, we have created an event which supports Children’s Mercy Hospital while celebrating all things BBQ.

Gather your BBQ-loving family, friends, and neighbors to experience BBQ as you’ve never seen before. Come share in the delicious tastings, fabulous libations, great music and a carnival of fun!
