Crystal Sound Bath with Yin Yoga

As the body unwinds, the sounds of live crystal bowls and chimes shimmer through the space - an invitation to let go and be held by sound.

Join Kelley and Yannah for a 90 minute crystal bowl sound bath experience with an optional guided offering for gentle and restorative movement. Mats, props, pillows and blankets will be provided. Wear clothing that is comfortable for gentle movement or for rest.

$25 per person. Cash or Venmo accepted. All are welcome - no registration necessary.
