With just 10 minutes of Sahaja Yoga meditation in the morning and evening, you will get to know your subtle system and begin a true inner transformation.
In this meditation, we awaken the inner energy (Kundalini) that gently brings positive change within us – making us more balanced, peaceful, and joyous. As you participate in these classes, you will notice increasing moments of clear perception, without unnecessary thoughts.
You will reach a state of inner silence. One-on-one help, workshops with group practice, and ongoing mentoring will be available online if you want to continue.
