In this 1 hour class, you will learn the basics of sourdough and how fun and enjoyable baking with sourdough can truly be! With my laid back approach and hands-on class we will cover all the basics, from feeding & maintaining your own sourdough starter to mixing your dough, stretch & folds, bulk fermentation, and the different recipes you can use sourdough in. Sourdough does not have to be difficult and over complicated to enjoy!
