Steve Cardenas is an American martial artist and actor. He is best known for playing the character Rocky DeSantos, the second Red Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and eventually the Blue Zeo Ranger in Power Rangers Zeo. He will be at Madness Friday Oct 17th from 6-8 and Saturday Oct 18th from 1-3p.
