Somatic Frequency Shift: Sacred Flow Sessions™ is a 90-minute guided experience designed to circulate stored emotion, regulate the nervous system, and restore energetic alignment through intentional movement and breath.
We blend structured somatic regulation with sacred, sensual flow to create an experience that is both grounding and expansive.
Emotion is energy in motion.
When it stores, it stagnates.
When it circulates, coherence returns.
During this experience, you will:
• Engage in slow, intentional movement
• Activate lymphatic and energetic circulation
• Practice nervous system regulation techniques
• Expand and stabilize your electromagnetic field
• Integrate through sound and guided stillness

Misty Rainwater is a Reiki Master (Level 3), intuitive Energy Healer, and certified Hypnotherapist devoted to guiding others back to balance, clarity, and self-trust.
