An Ode to our Ancestors: A Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing Journey

Join us for a sacred evening of connection, healing, and remembrance as we gather in community to honor the Ancients of our past — those who walked before us, whispered wisdom into our bloodlines, and continue to guide us from beyond the veil.

Through the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao and the deeply restorative power of sound healing, we will journey inward and backward — reconnecting with the roots that ground us and the spirits that shaped us.

Why we gather:

• To honor the continuity of life and reconnect with the timeless thread that weaves through our ancestors and into us.

• To listen for the wisdom of those who came before, allowing their stories, strengths, and lessons to inspire and guide our present.

• To open ourselves to the blessings and protection of our ancestral spirits through reverence and ritual.

• To preserve and celebrate cultural memory, invoking songs, silence, and ceremony as ancient languages of the soul.

• To anchor ourselves in values and purpose, remembering who we are and the sacredness of the lineage we carry.

What to expect:

• A guided Cacao Ceremony to open the heart and invite deep presence.

• A Sound Healing Journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and ancestral instruments to soothe the nervous system and awaken memory.

• Singing of medicine songs to honor the Earth, our ancestors, and the healing path — lifting our voices together in sacred resonance.

• Moments of quiet reflection, intention setting, and collective honoring of our ancestors.

What to bring:

• A photo or token of an ancestor you wish to honor.

• Any item you feel called to offer to the altar — this can be a flower, crystal, note, or object. You’re welcome to take it back with you after the ceremony.

;• A journal and pen for reflections.

• A cushion, blanket, or anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable.

• Water to stay hydrated throughout the journey.

• Small instruments such as shakers, rattles, or hand drums — if you feel called to contribute to the collective vibration.

Let us come together in sacred space to remember, honor, and heal — for ourselves, our ancestors, and the generations yet to come. With reverence, rhythm, and remembrance — we welcome you.
