Make & Take: Asian Dumplings

For ages 18 & up

The fillings and wrappers will be ready and waiting. As our Instructors guide you, your nimble fingers will fill and fold and then create several dipping sauces. You’ll sample a variety of dumplings as our instructors offer tips on steaming, frying and boiling these bite-sized morsels and then take a sampling of your dumplings with you at the end of class.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that will complement the flavors of your dumplings.

• Yin-Yang Vegetable Pockets with Soy-Vinegar Dipping Sauce

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
