🎨 Art Drop Day IS BACK!! 🎨
On Thursday, September 4 & 5, we're hosting a scavenger hunt of creative proportions 👉Downtown Plano Art Drop Day!!!
Artists will leave a piece of original artwork for someone else to find, helping neighbors feel more connected to one another through the act of creating and giving, and bringing awareness of local artists.
🎨 How it works:
• On both September 4 & 5, we will hide original pieces by local artists throughout the Downtown Plano Arts District
• Clues on how to find each artwork will be posted 👉ONLY👈 in our Facebook event and Instagram stories
• Whoever finds the piece should take a pic with their artwork, post it to social media with tags #ArtDropDay2025 and @downtownplano and then take that artwork home!
🖼️ Other important things to know:
• The scavenger hunt boundaries are between 12th and 18th Streets, and between G and M Avenues.
• Pieces will be hidden between 7 am-7 pm on Thursday, and between 7 am-3 pm on Friday.
• We will not be able to tell y'all if pieces have been found or not, so hopefully the finders will comment on the Facebook event or post on Instagram, but it's not guaranteed. The fun is in the hunt!
• Please, only take home one piece of artwork per family.
• Be sure to RSVP for this event so you will be notified every time we hide a new piece of art.
