Biers and Bites

For ages 21 & up

Take a bier halle–inspired journey through Germany as you taste your way through a flight of six hand-selected beer styles that let you discover and differentiate the country’s distinct regional styles. As you taste, you’ll learn about the history, production methods, and pairing principles behind classic beer and food combinations, showcasing Germany’s proud brewing heritage. Whether you're a beer lover, a food lover, or both, this the ultimate way to savor the spirit of German hospitality!

Demonstration/Tasting. You will not be cooking in this class. For ages 21 & up.

· Benediktiner Hell (Lager)

· Ettaler (Dunkel)

· Flensburger (Pilsner)

· Plank (Hefeweizen)

· Reissdorf (Kolsch)

· Schlenkeria (Helles Marzen)

Paired Bites:

· Kartoffelpuffer (German potato cakes with applesauce)

· Currywurst (Pork sausage in curry ketchup sauce)

· Sauerbraten (Marinated Beef Roast)

· Bienenstich (“Bee Sting” honey almond cake)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
