• Maple-Miso Chicken with Autumn Vegetables
  Succulent chicken in a sweet–savory maple miso sauce with pumpkin and seasonal vegetables, finished with harissa.
• Truffle Oil Polenta
  Creamy polenta with a drizzle of aromatic truffle oil.
• Mini Apple Tatin
  Individual classic Tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream
