This basketball clinic brought to you by Reclaim Fitness & Performance is not your average workshop. Refund Policy

All Skills No Frills-Basketball Clinic Refund Policy

At ReClaim Fitness & Performance, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our goal is to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our program and planning. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the clinic start date.
Partial Refund (50%):
If cancellation is made 3–6 days before the clinic, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No Refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the clinic start date or after the clinic has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Other Terms

No-shows will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Medical Exceptions: If a participant cannot attend due to a documented medical reason, please contact us. We may offer a credit toward a future clinic or a partial refund at our discretion.
Weather Cancellations: If the clinic is canceled due to weather or unforeseen facility issues, a make-up date or refund option will be provided.
