C.C.P. presents... Lara Herscovitch & the Highway Philosophers

Join us as we welcome Lara Herscovitch & the Highway Philosophers to the C.C.P. stage!

Former Connecticut State Troubadour Lara Herscovitch is a singer-songwriter-poet-performer gem, described in The Boston Globe as “a luminous voice and a buoyant stage presence… big-hearted lyrics embrace the sum of life…”

Her new trio, the Highway Philosophers, brings together critically-acclaimed musicians from newfolk, pop/rock and jazz traditions, blending into a modern Americana sound all their own. The group’s depth of experience and authenticity, integrity, heart and humor pair perfectly with Lara’s songs -- which Sound Waves Magazine described as “expertly written prose… songwriting at its best… good for your ears AND your soul.” Their inspiring, uplifting, one-of-a-kind concerts are not to be missed.
