Valentine's Yoga Party

Join Melissa at Black Dog Vinyl Cafe for a heart-opening Valentine's themed class set to a soulful, love-inspired playlist. This all-levels gentle flow will focus on connection, self-love and good vibes! After class, stay and mingle while enjoying pizza and a heart-ful drink. Come solo, with a partner or bring a friend. Love is welcome in all forms! Please bring a yoga mat.
