Teen Support Group

Our Library is proud to be able to offer a Teen Support Group for ages 12-18. This Group will meet weekly in the Meeting Room for 8 weeks.

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes — school stress, friendships, family pressure, anxiety about the future. Our Teen Support Group is a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

Led by a trained facilitator, this group helps teens build coping skills, boost confidence, and learn healthy ways to handle life’s challenges. There’s no pressure to share — just support, respect, and real conversations.

Come as you are. Leave feeling supported.

To get started, have a parent or guardian complete the required informed consent form before the first session.
