Spring Awakening Day Retreat

Join us for a soul-nurturing afternoon designed to help you reset & restore.

Included:
-Welcome Circle to set your intention for this season
-Gentle/Yin Yoga to open your body & mind with Melissa Bruce
-Tea Meditation with Amy Goodwin
-Restorative Sound Healing to deepen your relaxation with Juana Zarco
-Light lunch & Juices provided to refresh and nourish your body.

Cost is $90

Props and eye masks will be provided. Dress comfy and feel free to bring a journal. This retreat will be held at the studio. Space is limited to keep it more intimate.
