Gong Wash Sound Healing with Jen Cameron

Join Jen Cameron of Jen's Divine Healing and Wellness, for a deeply immersive and therapeutic practice that uses the power of sound to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. During the session, participants typically sit or lie down in a comfortable position while various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes etc... are played. These instruments produce harmonious frequencies and vibrations that resonate with the body and mind, helping to balance energy, reduce stress, and promote healing. Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie or sit on. Eye masks will be provided.
