Hidden Systems: Water, Electricity, the Internet, and the Secrets Behind the Systems We Use Every Day with Dan Nott, Saturday, November 22nd, at 1 PM.
Join us for a compelling talk with Dan Nott, the Vermont‑based cartoonist and educator who created Hidden Systems. This graphic nonfiction work takes apart the everyday frameworks—our water supply, electric grid, and the internet—and asks what systems we so casually rely on really cost, how they came to be, and who they leave behind. Books are available at the library, as are free copies of Nott's Freedom and Unity: A Graphic Guide to Civics and Democracy in Vermont. All are welcome, and no registration is needed. This program is made possible with support from the Vermont Humanities Council.
