Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Caramel, Sea Salt, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla
Aged for 21 months in a blend of Buffalo Trace Mash #1 and Mash #2 barrels. Rich, decadent and a light salinity from sea salt. Rested on freshly roasted Ghanan Cacao Nibs and Madagascar Vanilla.

Barrel Aged Peanut Butter Honey Sleepy Bear
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Peanuts, Honey, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla
Nothing calls a bear out of hibernation like peanut butter and honey. A blend of Sleepy Bear aged for 14 months in Willett and 21 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Once out of the barrel we blended in wildflower honey and rested this stout on freshly roasted peanuts, cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs from Puerto Rico, Haiti, Trinidad, Uganda and Equator as well as Madagascar Vanilla
That's right folks. Get ready for our chocolate bomb Sleepy Bear. We sourced cacao nibs from all over the world and freshly roasted them to go into this heater of a pitch. The base is a blend of 21 month aged Sleepy Bear held in Buffalo Trace Mash #1 and Mash #2 barrels. Don't hibernate on this one, it's incredible.

Vintage Blend of Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Hang on to your seats! We carefully selected an incredible blend of 4, 3, 2 and 1 year aged Sleepy Bears for this special cuvée. We blended Sleepy Bear aged for 4 years in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel, 3 years in a Stagg Jr bourbon barrel, 2 years in a Sazarac rye whisky barrel and 1 year in a Willett bourbon barrel. The end result has unbelievable notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, toasted oak and vanillin. A truly special one of a kind Sleepy Bear.
