Stop by for a refreshing evening session that strengthens and tones your body in the beautiful outdoors. After class, treat yourself to half off a bottle of wine—perfect for unwinding after a great workout! 🍷

What to bring:
A yoga mat
Comfortable clothing for movement
Optional handheld weights
A water bottle
