Winter Intuitive Painting: A Calming Holiday Experience

This holiday season, step into a delightful atmosphere where serene images of the holiday season meet calming mystery. In this one-of-a-kind workshop, guests will explore the art of intuitive painting and savoring—using all your senses to slow down, tune in, and experience the present moment while painting a subconscious masterpiece.
This workshop is more about presence than technique, but with our guidance and a little dedication to the practice you’ll:
-Create a one of a kind winter and/or holiday 12x16 canvas painting through the practice of intuitive painting (no art or meditation experience necessary)
-Smell seasonal aromas that you will take with you for your own simmer pot grounding relaxation at home
-Enjoy a holiday sweet treat and beverage while learning how to savor it for calm while being enveloped by the sounds of the season.

Together, we’ll savor the details of the evening with mindful attention while turning off our internal critic to create a free-spirited, textural painting. Feel free to wear a painting-friendly ugly sweater or dress with a holiday theme--you may just win a prize!
