Our 3-class Beginner Pilates Apparatus Series is designed to help you confidently jump in and get your Pilates practice started in a friendly, supportive environment. You’ll learn the fundamentals, proper form, basic apparatus setup, and all the Pilates “lingo” — so you feel comfortable, informed, and empowered walking into any class.

Each session breaks things down step-by-step, allowing you to move at your own pace while building strength, awareness, and confidence on the equipment. No prior experience needed — just show up as you are.
