About the event

Pittston City Food Distribution Pantry

The City of Pittston Office of Community Development, in partnership with the CEO Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank and the Downtown Pittston Partnership, is proud to announce the launch of the Pittston City Food Distribution Pantry—a new monthly food distribution program designed to help meet the growing nutritional needs of residents.

Beginning Thursday, December 11, 2025, Pittston residents are invited to visit the Pittston Memorial Library – Cosgrove Room, located at 47 Broad Street, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. At each distribution, participants will have access to free pantry staples, fresh produce, meats, and additional items aimed at supporting local households.
