Each class builds upon classical ballet fundamentals in a supportive, encouraging environment. Expect a thoughtful progression of barre work, center movement, and simple across-the-floor combinations that emphasize alignment, coordination, musicality, and expressive movement.
This series offers a beautiful balance of structure and creativity—helping you develop strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness while enjoying the joy and elegance of ballet. No prior experience is required, and modifications are always offered.
