Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey with Myra & Zeb

Please join Myra and Zeb for a special guided meditation through Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”) and Sound Vibration. Both of these technologies are meant to induce relaxation, stress reduction, and calm the central nervous system. Wear comfortable clothing, bring mat, blanket, pillow -- any creature comforts to allow you to rest comfortably in savasana while listening to vocal guidance and softly played singing bowls, bells, and gongs.

Participants are welcome to just rest and relax, with an invitation to explore the magical places between wakefulness and dream states.
