This year's St Nikolaus Bock Brewer's Reserve 2025 Firkin-Tapping Party is December 6 at 6pm in the restaurant, this warm and traditional tapping of the first keg is led by Santa himself and our head-brewer Christopher Rudolph. St. Nik Brewer's Reserve is a Gold Medal Winning 9% Winter Dopplebock made with Perle hops and consisting of two-row, Munich, chocolate, dextrin, Carahell, caramel, and Carafa malts.
