Sound Immersion with Tanatara Healing

Through breathwork, intention setting, meditation and the sound of gong, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and elemental chimes you are guided inward to reconnect with your body and to come back to a place of inner stillness, peace and tranquility. Sound Immersions offer a safe space to relax and unwind and allow the body to move into a theta brainwave state, a state that offers the body the ability to replenish and activate its innate healing capacities.
