Join Pittsburgh Social Health and Mindful Movements and Sound for a relaxing sound bath at Riverview Park.

Pittsburgh Social Health is a local organization established in 2023 to help fellow community-seekers find a sense of belonging, deepen their connections, and amplify all of the social health-friendly spaces that our vibrant community has to offer! PSH’s programming and resources aim to increase awareness of social health as a pillar of overall wellness! Mindful Movements and Sound offers pop up holistic wellness classes and workshops including sound healing and yoga to foster personal growth, holistic healing and intentional community.

This sound healing session will be set in the serene surroundings of Riverview Park, this session offers a peaceful pause from everyday life—a chance to ground, reset, and recharge.

Let the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Whether you're new to sound healing or seasoned with sound healing, this immersive journey is open to all.

This sound healing journey will take place at the first court yard area at the beginning of Riverview Park. As you arrive into the park the quart yard we will be at is left of the entrance. You cant miss it. 159 Riverview Ave Pgh Pa 15214

Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, eye mask, any crystals or sentimental to make yourself comfortable during the meditation. Come as you are—no prior experience needed, just an open heart.
