Welcoming in the NEW Southside Yoga Hive Community!

Join Zeb Homison, co-owner of Yoga Factory and Yoga Hive, for a Sunday Slow Flow class that will get you back into your body and breath through simple posture sequences and deep stretching. Upon concluding the class in Savasana, you'll then transition into a sound healing meditation with Zeb and Myra, our resident sound healer, using multiple instruments and vocals. Your sound healing will be enhanced through Reiki energy healing provided by Angelica, the schools' co-owner and Director of Yoga Recovery Pittsburgh. Prepare for an enriching afternoon that will leave you excited for the upcoming week.
