Skill Development for Highly Sensitive People

Highly Sensitive People- also sometimes called empaths- are humans who have a natural tendency to feel and notice everything on a much deeper level. Without the correct set of tools, this can be highly dysregulating. Highly Sensitive People, who are not intentional about how to use their sensitivity to its highest purpose can struggle with poor boundaries, people pleasing tendencies and anxiety etc. This meetup focuses on the awareness and development of necessary skills so your sensitivity with long-term goals and discourse for support.
