This year, we’re excited to announce an in-person conference event with a focus on bringing local women and allies in technology together for a day of leadership, learning and connection.

Our mission is to inspire more women and underrepresented genders to enter the field of technology by building a supportive environment where we can flourish and create opportunities for all of us to ascend into leadership roles. As a non-profit, we rely on the help of external sponsors to help us unite, support, and promote diversity in tech throughout the Pittsburgh region.

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities from signing people in at the conference, packing goodie bags the day before, and simply being a getWITit ambassador by sharing and liking our posts on social media.
