Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, expressive movement practice where participants are invited to dance without choreography, allowing the music to guide them. It offers a unique, judgment-free space for physical exercise, emotional release, and creative expression. Beyond fitness, it provides a chance to connect deeply with oneself and others, fostering a sense of freedom, grounding, and community.
Meet the Artists!
DJ Lexcd
Lexcd is a Pittsburgh based DJ and organizer whose focus in music curation shifts between personal and communal forms of archival, connection, and experimentation. They are currently most interested in creating and supporting spaces/ events that are providing healthier shared sonic experiences and offering alternatives to standard nightlife practices. They have experimented with events at tea shops or saunas, and they have also worked on food-focused art/ sound events pushing for these alternatives.

Facilitator + Sound Bath
Merryn Spence is stoked you’re here. She’s been facilitating with ecstatic dance for a few years now in wonderful places around the world. For business and pleasure, her life’s work and play centers around supporting people in coming back to themselves, remembering their role in the ecosystem and that (you) are nature. She does this with the help of sacred plant and fungi allies, sound, somatics, her mentors, and ancestors. See you on the dance floor!
