De-escalation with Care Workshop

De-escalation with Care is a 1-hour interactive workshop designed for caregivers, family members, and professionals who support individuals living with severe mental illness. Grounded in compassion and evidence-based strategies, this training equips participants with practical tools to recognize early signs of crisis, manage escalating emotions, and respond in ways that reduce stress and foster safety. Participants will explore how empathy, communication, and awareness of personal bias can influence outcomes during high-stress situations.
