With the Governor’s recent announcement of more than $600 million in public-private investment for Downtown, the future of the city’s core is filled with both possibility and responsibility. How can we seize this opportunity to thoughtfully and intentionally reimagine our built environment, while ensuring lasting impact for residents, businesses, and visitors alike?

Join AIA Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, and NAIOP Pittsburgh on Tuesday, October 7, 12:00pm – 1:15pm, at for a dynamic panel discussion exploring how design, development, and collaboration can catalyze growth in Downtown. Panelists will reflect on lessons learned from Pittsburgh’s past renaissances, share perspectives on what makes Downtown unique, and discuss strategies for creating a resilient, inclusive, and thriving city center.

Together, we’ll examine how cross-sector partnerships, innovative thinking, and intentional planning can propel Downtown into the future while preserving the character and energy that make Pittsburgh special.
