Ableton Live Basics

Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays for four weeks from 6PM-8PM in the Tech25 Warehouse
Class Dates: 10/7, 10/9, 10/14, 10/16, 10'/21, 10/23, 10/28, 10/30

What you'll learn:

-Get comfortable with essential aspects of Digital Audio Workstations
-Find your way around the timeline as well as Ableton’s unique Session View
-How to jam and improvise using Loops
-When to use Audio and MIDI for making beats
-Dive into the built-in instruments and flexible Effects Racks
How to navigate the Browser to search and find sounds, loops, and expansion Packs
-The basics of music production including sound design, synthesizers, samplers, and sequencers
