Whether you're a devoted gin enthusiast or simply curious to explore botanical blends in style, this unique tasting experience promises a night of refined indulgence.
Hosted in the prestigious and private Harvard-Yale-Princeton Club, guests will enjoy a guided journey through four seasonal gin cocktails—each thoughtfully paired with a complementary small plate inspired by the season.
🌸 SPRING
Cocktail: English Garden – Gin, elderflower, and cucumber garnish
Pairing: Goat cheese tartlets
☀️ SUMMER
Cocktail: Cucumber Basil Gimlet – Floral gin, cucumber, basil syrup, garnished with fresh basil and cucumber
Pairing: Grilled flatbread with roasted vegetables and fresh mozzarella
🍂 AUTUMN
Cocktail: Apple Gin Autumn – Gin, apple cider, cinnamon, garnished with apple and thyme
Pairing: Welsh rarebit
❄️ WINTER
Cocktail: Blue Diamond – Hendrick’s, Crème de Violette, Blue Curaçao, and champagne
Pairing: Decadent chocolate cake with raspberry fizz
To deepen the experience, Britsburgh member and historian Kim Szczypinski will present an engaging talk on the rich history of gin in Great Britain—from its medicinal roots to its modern renaissance. Learn how gin became one of Britain’s most beloved spirits and how its evolution reflects the cultural trends of the time.
