Focus on your breath and release tension for an hour. This is your yoga practice, we adapt to our bodies as they are. We welcome modifying poses and listening to our bodies. The class ends with a crystal singing bowl meditation.
Have a yoga mat, bring it! The studio does have mats to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing. Leave your shoes at the door. Water bottles are welcome.

Do I need to sign up for class in advance?
Nope!
Is this class beginner friendly?
Yes! This is not a head-stands class, but one with adaptive movement. The studio has plenty of yoga blocks and straps. If you have any concerns- message or talk with Mona before class.
