Pitman Cranksgiving is back again for 2025, come out and ride for a cause!

Cranksgiving is a food drive event where cyclists ride to grocery stores and buy food donations for families in need around Thanksgiving. This year, there will be two designated grocery stores. Riders can stop at one or both and are free to ride at their own pace. Buy as many or as few groceries as you can afford to be donated to Angels Community Outreach here in Pitman, NJ. A list of acceptable items will be provided at the start. In the past, grocery stores have not allowed us to have donation bins in stores - a van/truck will meet us at both locations, so you don't have to worry about carrying groceries the whole way.

The Caffeinated Cyclist has generously offered to open their doors to us on a typical day off. The register will be open, so if there is anything you need that is not pressing or hard to find, please try to buy day-of to help support a local business.
We will end our ride at Endgrain Coffee Roasters, just down the street from The Caffeinated Cyclist. There aren't any formal activities here, but rather it is a place where riders can sit and chat about the ride and help support another local business.
There is a suggested, but unmarked, route for this ride. Cue sheets will be available at the start, but riders will ultimately be responsible for their own navigation, so please plan accordingly.
