Roof-top Restorative (relaxing) yoga event

Namaste!
I am putting together another rooft top yoga event. The date is Saturday, August 23rd 6:30PM. 1.5 hours of deep restorative relaxation for mind and body. Guided meditations, yoga nidra and sound healing is included under the stars. 💫 There is NO experience necessary!

This practice focuses on your nervous system. It reduces cortisol, inflammation, stress, anxiety and brings peace along with many other benefits. It is a cool experience that you should not miss !

$30 per person and $10 will go toward Julie Cunningham and her organization to help wayward kitties.

Limiting spacing available. You must RSVP and pay via PayPal to hold your place as this typically sells out quick. Message me or comment below to be placed on the list to attend.

Feel free to stay after for herbal tea and visit! Plan B for moderate rain will be indoors.
