Heartland Outdoor Group Fitness Class

Join us for a 5-day a week outdoor group fitness class at Dinosaur Caves Park from 12-1PM M-F! 🌳🌟 Classes will be a fun-based fitness class, starting and finishing with stretching and mobility movements, followed by games that won't feel like a workout at all! 😄 Registration link will be available April 15, and the class will begin the first week back from Summer! 🌞
