The Mountain Challenge

What's the challenge? You will hike up Grindstone Trail (about 3.2 miles), take the shuttle bus down and continue as many times as you can/want in 10 hours. All you have to do is hike up. This is a personal challenge - you can go slow and do a few times or you can hustle and do a bunch of times - it's up to you! This will challenge your body, your mind and your soul! Come see just how strong you are physically and mentally! All fitness levels are encouraged to participate! You just might be stronger than you realize!
