Join us for this engaging clinical training designed for mental health professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of complicated and prolonged grief. Led by Melissa McKinney, LCSW-BACS, this 3-hour session will explore the clinical presentation of complicated grief, differentiate it from depression, trauma, and normative grief responses, and provide evidence-based strategies for effective treatment.
Through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and experiential exercises, participants will learn to assess, conceptualize, and treat clients navigating complex grief. You’ll leave this training with practical tools and clinical frameworks to provide compassionate, informed support to bereaved clients.
