We’ll introduce HU, an ancient mantra and sacred sound sung as a love song to the divine. HU can be used by anyone of any background or belief for spiritual upliftment, expanded awareness, and inner peace.
We’ll begin with an inspirational reading, followed by about 15 minutes of chanting or singing HU. As the sound gently fades, we’ll sit in quiet contemplation for a minute or two—giving space for personal reflection. Afterward, stay for relaxed conversation and fellowship. Share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen.
