🩸 Blood can't be manufactured; it must come from generous donors like you. The need is constant and critical. Your 1-hour commitment directly ensures that local hospitals have the supply ready for emergencies, surgeries, and critical care.

🩸🩸🩸 How do I prepare to give blood?
· Make sure that you drink plenty of water.
· Eat well-balanced iron rich meals (especially the morning before donating),
· Bring and ID with you on to the bus!
· Make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before drive.
