The Town of Pinedale has introduced Ordinance 736, proposing the creation of Chapter 160, Article V, which would establish a business licensing requirement within town limits. Because this measure directly affects our business community, it is essential that your voices are heard early and clearly.
The third reading of the proposed ordinance is scheduled for the late January to early February.
This Lattes and Learning session is specifically intended for business owners to review and discuss the proposed business license ordinance. We strongly encourage your participation, whether you support the ordinance, oppose it, or are seeking clarification on what it may mean for your business operations.
