Join us for a midweek reset at Evelyn Greer Park in Pinecrest — a simple, grounding way to move your body, breathe deeply, and connect with fellow mamás

We’ll start by grabbing a coffee or tea from your favorite café across the street (your choice!), then meet at the park at 5:30 PM to walk together. We’ll do a 1-mile loop (about 3 laps) at your own pace — whether you’re walking solo, pushing a stroller, or catching up with a friend.

After the walk, we’ll head to the playground so the kids can play while the moms unwind, connect, and enjoy a little midweek soul care.

This gentle gathering is all about movement, community, and presence — a perfect pause in the middle of a busy week, especially now that back-to-school season is here.

What to Bring:

• Water to stay hydrated 💧

• Comfortable walking shoes 👟

• Stroller or wagon (optional!)

• An open heart & relaxed pace 🤍
